Participation in a conference does not include presentations only.
Even though we are making every effort to make them fascinating, have
them touch on current issues and have them presented by experienced
professionals, nothing can replace the opportunity to meet and talk face
to face with other conference participants. Now, we are handing over to
you a new tool – a software application which will enable you to see
who has already registered for the conference and schedule a meeting in a
given section. The application is available to registered conference
participants who have paid their registration fee.
We are offering you a unique opportunity to plan a meeting with any
e-Travel Forum conference participant. Thanks to our application, all
registered persons will be able to contact selected participants still
before the conference and schedule individual meetings in places
specifically designated for these purposes.

How the Application Works
To access the application use the following link:
Spotkania.MeetingSystem.pl
All conference participants will be given access to the application. To
log in you need to use the same e-mail address that you used for
conference registration. If the Organizational Office is missing the
name address of a participant it will ask for it. Password will be sent
by e-mail once the application access has been activated, which will
take place once the receipt of the conference registration fee has been
confirmed.
Once logged in you will have access to tools that will enable you to
arrange meetings with all registered conference participants.
The application covers two kinds of meetings. They are:
1) individual meetings between participants. Everyone can send an
invitation to a selected participant or receive one. This will eliminate
looking for names of people with whom you would like to meet by
scanning names on ID badges of other conference participants.
2) group meetings organized by companies participating in the conference
with the purpose to run short presentations of their products or
services outside the main plenary session room, at the so called
parallel session.
Here are three simple steps to arrange a meeting:
1. log in to the meetings section on MeetingSystem.pl
2. select a person you want to meet with (you will see first and last names and names of companies of all participants)
3. select the time at which you want to arrange the meeting
...from here onwards everything will be done automatically.
MeetingSystem.pl will check if the person you have selected is available
at the given time and will direct you to a place where you can sit
down, have a coffee and talk with your partner. Your partner will
receive an e-mail from MeetingSystem.pl that will include your
invitation.
Meetings will be taking place throughout two days of the conference.
Tables for individual meetings will be set up at the FOYER of Marriott Hotel. Each participant who will use the MeetingSystem.pl
application to arrange a meeting will receive an e-mail confirmation,
and after logging in his or her account, will have access to a full list
of all meetings he or she has arranged and has been invited to.
