Dagmara Plata – Alf is a passionate in marketing and management associated with tourism and hospitality industry from over 8 years. Actually she works as a general manager at the  arthotel Caste Inn in Warsaw and as a business coach/consultant in the marketing and sales field. She was a speaker at eTravelForum 2013 Warsaw and author of many articles about e-marketing and information management in the tourism industry. Currently she is conducting research in management in the field of e-marketing, information economics, customer relationship management as a Ph.D. candidate at Kozminski University. She is a graduate from the University of Bedfordshire (MBA – Master of Business Administration), Jagiellonian University  (MA in American Studies), Polish Academy of Hospitality (wellness and SPA hotel management) and Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University (foreign trade and management).
